Was getting some groceries from Walmart after work. Found King Arthur's flour for sale there. It's what the pizza snobs on Reddit say to use. So, I bought a 5lb bag. Made some dough between periods of the Bruins/Habs game last night. It was way too sticky. Kept having to add more flour to the mixer. Eventually, I divided the batch into six parts and proofed them for a couple of hours. They expanded a lot, growing back into each other. I had to cut and tear to get them back apart. I balled them back up and stuck them in the freezer, minus one for tonight.
