My a/c went out yesterday. Maintenance came by today and replaced a bad capacitor. It was pretty hard sleeping last night.

Good point. The evaporator radiator when in one of mine (leaks in the tubing of the radiator). It was cheaper to replace the whole unit than pay for the repair.

I'm here in North Texas. Humidity is not bad like some places. 95F for a high today. Definitely need a/c here.

Woah Greenworks has Ebikes now. Uses the 80v batteries. Same batteries as all my garden tools like lawn mower, snow blower, chainsaw etc. That would be really cool for commuting to the office. Also a really cool way to smash my face into the pavement when I hit a bad pot hole.

They also have a go kart that uses their 60v batteries but I stick to 80v as I already have lot of those batteries. I hope they come up with a 80v version of it, or a UTV. They do have zero turn mower and a lawn tractor though but I think a UTV would be more useful for me.

Not in a position to pay that kind of money but cool to see them come out with this stuff.

Off for the weekend, then Monday is the big day, they start to clear an area on my land. Going to head there very early in the day as I got stuff I need to move out of the way that I stashed in the bush and I just want to be around to oversee things. Going to be a big relief once that's done, as trying to do it by hand in the heat and with the bugs and limited time was pretty futile. And that's not even handling the stumps. With their excavator they can do the stumps and all so it will be nice and flat and can drive over it.

Will be nice to have an open area that's away from the road so I can start to build structures. I don't think I'll do much this year as I should work on starting to pay some of this cost off but probably do the outhouse and a tarp shed. Maybe start on the foundation for the cabin as I have 2 weeks off at the end of the summer when it won't be as hot and bugs won't be as bad.
