For some reason there's a sign about covid19 on it lol. And it's from Sudbury. Don't know if someone put that there as a joke or what. The minute that fence comes down they'll probably be a bunch of tents there though, so maybe they'll just leave it like that.

It's a PITA. Lots of dishes. But I just finished reballing and putting into the freezer and one in the fridge for Friday. Got a really good rise. Wish I had done it yesterday so it would have more time in cold fermentation.
