Any machine I add to the network from now on will basically have just a SSD and that's it. Guess the only down side is putting all my eggs in one basket, but that file server has redundant PSUs and all the arrays are raided, so I should be fine. I also need to configure both ethernet interfaces and setup teaming. Never done that before but I don't think it's too hard.

Still have some work to do but overall mostly everything is working. Most of the work will consist of editing paths in various config files like apache.
