New receiver be here tomorrow, and about 100 feet of wire, think I'll be rearranging some speakers also.

I hope mixing 16 and 14 gage wire isn't that big of an issue, I was going to use the 16 on the smaller rear speakers, all ready have 14 all over atm.

Might even get the powered sub woofer out of the back room and hook it up in here and make a psuedo 7.3 system as the bass all the same, all ready had a y splitter going to a separate receiver running two KL777s off one sub output.

I was going to just take the Y splitter off, but might leave it on to the on of the new ones outputs and just add a third smaller sub woofer.

Not even sure this isn't 12 all ready, rewired everything awhile back and was going to get 10 and was warned about that, that would have been a real mess.

Yeah I know, I'm lazy I guess that way still.

New bass drum pedal springs even came in and have to do another thing I hadn't figured on for the cams, gonna take em into work tomorrow and spend a minute or two on a chop saw to em open a little that's even unrelated.

Use #2 solid triple shielded wire and lug connectors. Make sure you use an audio grade crimper and gold plated lugs.

Back in business I guess, needs tweaking a bit from the little mic settings, but at least its all up again.



Still might rearrange speaker on the weekend, just hooked everything up, slapped a few more satellite speaker I had on it and got it all working again, took me about 5 minutes with no manual to figure out how to get the TOSLINK on this one from the computer working again.

Was starting to get miffed then found the use optical area in the menu

i can do it if i want to, sometimes i swing the speakers around by the wire and use it as a mace

Just picked up some cheap 16 oxy free stuff like the 14 I used awhile back on the others, was just sticking a couple more small speakers on it with the 7.2
