At 22:00 there was really nothing I could eat, so I just rolled over and went back to sleep. Not sure what I'll have for breakfast. Thought about going to McDonald's, but snow.
With my work schedule being the way it is lately, I've only been eating one meal a day and nothing else.
This is a bad habit I've had myself, only eating one meal per day. When I'm on night shift I start at 7pm so I might eat something before midnight, then I go home at 7am. Repeat. So when I'm off, I tend to get up past 1pm and by the time I shower and everything it's probably like 3, I never know what to make. I hate cooking too. By the time I finally decide to make (or order lol) something then it's like 5.
Even on days where I work day shift, I'll eat lunch at like 12pm or a bit later, but by 5-7 I'm often not hungry. I might snack on stuff throughout my shifts though.
I need to force myself to cook more and make stuff that I can warm up later, but it's just so much work. I do cook here and there just not regularly.
