I can cook. Trust me when say it was a really good sandwich. It all starts with the bread and I had some great bakery sub rolls. Sliced up some lettuce, tomatoes and added some mayo. Grilled the bread and baked the chicken patty. Was as good as you could get in any restaurant. I've noticed my cooking has taken an upswing in the last year. Should have taken a picture. It was yummy!
cod is better IMO, even though it is cheaper, just my preference i guess

It's auto fail when you start with something called chicken patty.
Don't like cod, well maybe the so called Chilean Black Cod.
Love fatty Kingfish, but they are over on the other side of the Pacific. I bring frozen raw slices back when I visit Taiwan :whiste:
Have never really been a huge Kingfish fan myself, but some people like shark also I suppose.
