There's a random beep in the office and I can't seem to find where it's coming from. Every time I think I'm close it turns out I'm not lol. Seems to be about every minute.

This is the weirdest thing, I realized the portable phone was not in the cradle, so I called one of our lines to see if I can hear it ring, because I can't find it and figured maybe the beep is coming from that. Maybe low battery or whatever. I can hear it ring, but I can't find it, like it's messed up, it will be loud from one area and super feint from another 2 feet away. This is messing with me man!

I still cannot find that phone. I'm pretty sure that's what's making the beeping. It's so bizare though since if I call it I can clearly hear it but yet can't figure out where it is. The sound changes where it's coming from with the slightest movement. I'll let the day shift guy try to find it lmao.

I go up to where I hear it come from, but now it's like it comes from somewhere else, so I go there, and now it's back to where I originally thought. Because of all our monitors I think it creates odd acoustics.

I'm toying with the idea of building a monolith, it seems to be all the rage these days. I don't really want to spend any serious money on it so I'll probably build it out of ice or something. I'll figure something out on my days off. Ideally I kind of want to secretly build it in my back yard and when it's ready I'll move it out front. I'm thinking if I make 3 big sheets of ice and then mold them together somehow (maybe heat gun?), then fill it with water a little bit at a time to let it freeze, it might work. There's a whole science to trying to make super clear ice but that's a bit more complicated, so I'll live with cloudy ice. Could be cool to embed LEDs in it too.
