I'm getting so incredibly bored with television. The only things I can really tolerate for more than 10 or 15 minutes are ones I consider educational, informative, etc.

Fortunately, that includes a handful of reality shows that aren't just acting class for wannabe actors. I'm even watching one History Channel show about the Bermuda triangle since each episode seems to cover actual, rediscovered ocean wrecks.

Last night's was about a merchant marine ship called the Ohioan that had been sunk by a Nazi sub in 1942. It wasn't the wreck they were actually searching for but it was the first time it had been located. With coordinates, it could become a registered war memorial (or some such. Missed the formal moniker).

Reality shows are cheap to make, that is why there is so much if it. I took this on a set.

I never really think about Niagara Falls but I should probably check it out at some point. Maybe in the Spring since at least in theory, there should be more rain than usual.

I can probably leave enough kibble out to feed the critters for a few days. The raccoons are the wild card though. I'm going to have to come up with some sort of feeder that they can't haul away. A trough with 40lbs of cheap ass kibble and weighted down with a couple hundred pounds of iron or cement weights should do the job.

Gonna need to let that idea ruminate for a bit though.

Take the racoon to Niagara Falls.

a) no
b) there's a whole passel of them - you got the Brady Bunch of 4 but they've split up to 2 and 2, momma c00nie, a few solo males. I'd have to rent a small bus, with cages. Ooo, I should see what the Dept. of Corrections has in stock. Hahaha

Now the media is saying the car was NOT from Canada.

You've got to check out the video though. I can't judge it myself but the car was going fast enough to become airborne by about 8-10 feet.

Yeah just heard a blurb about it, not sure the origin or intent.

We had a car bomb in my city a while back too actually, but it was a parked car. Not much details, almost seemed like a suicide and not terror. No real attempt to cause harm to others. What a way to go though.

Or they didn't want to get captured and interrogated.

It's actually starting to look more like an accident, like there may have been some ill intent given the car was going that fast but the explosion/fire itself might just be the fuel. Tank probably ruptured as it hit the median and flew up. The median at the border is shaped kind of like a jump, and acted as one.
