ATOT Runners: Thoughts (hip problems)?

I've been a runner for many, many years. Well, I jog slowly lol.

Recently, when I run it feels like there is a pain on the inside of my hips. If I rest a few days, and I run, no pain. But if I run two or three days in a row, it gets kind of bad.

Is this an indication of potential hip problems? Lord knows I don't want a hip replacement!

Could be poor stretching, there are specific stretches you can do to help with the ball joints in your hips. Try hip rotations before and after you stretch as a first step and go from there.

It's called getting old - get used to it.

Take up bicycling instead, it's like running but it doesn't tear up your joints and you get to blow off crosswalks and red lights.
