I've been a runner for many, many years. Well, I jog slowly lol.
Recently, when I run it feels like there is a pain on the inside of my hips. If I rest a few days, and I run, no pain. But if I run two or three days in a row, it gets kind of bad.
Is this an indication of potential hip problems? Lord knows I don't want a hip replacement!
