Welcome to the thread for Secret Santa 2k3. Amdskip and I want to help out so we decided to run this. We will have two different groups:

Gifts under 10 dollars (We are going to only have the 20 dollar group since we only got only less than a handful of people for this)

Gifts under 20 dollars

We will add more groups if deemed necessary.

To make this as smooth going as possible, we prefer heatware or Ebay as one of the references to sign up for this. If you don't have any heatware, don't fret; we will deal with you on a person to person basis.

The cut off for signing up for this is Friday, November 28th at midnight (11/28/03). We are hoping to have a huge group this year and we want to give enough time to draw each of the pairs.

This is gonna be a lot of fun guys, thanks to you guys for making this possible!

UPDATE: I was just talking to Amdskip and we want to make sure everyone sends the address they will be currently residing because a lot of college students go home in December. If you sent me the wrong address, just re-e-mail me!

UPDATE2: I'm thinking of dropping the 10 dollar group, we only have one 10 dollar domestic person and one 10 dollar international person. If I don't get more than 4, I'm going to contact the 10 dollar group and give them the decision of dropping it or moving up to 20 dollars.

UPDATE 3: I am cutting the last day back to Friday the 28th since I need more time to sort out whos going with who. So start sending your info in ASAP!

UPDATE 4: All of the e-mails went out with information for your secret santa. Only three are being hold up because I never got an e-mail address for a member. Let me know if you have any problems!

UPDATE 5: I hope you guys sent out your gifts, only one more week until X-Mas!

UPDATE 6: I just sent out some reminders for people who have not sent me an e-mail on shipping it/did not ship it out. Please respond.

UPDATE 7: If you do not recieve a gift by tommorow, December 24th, please send me an e-mail saying you did not recieve it and what your AT name is and real name. Sorry about this, I just want to make sure you recieve your gift.

UPDATE 8: I will be leaving my parents house later today and I will be posting the Excel files of the groups of Secret Santa. Check back later who your secret santa was!!!

UPDATE 9: Okay, here's what you guys have all been waiting for! Link to excel file of the Secret Santa groups. I think I may need some mirrors, don't know if I will over-exceed. Thanks guys for the great time with this!

I'm still waiting on whatever I was supposed to get last year, I guess its time to give up.

I sent out a pretty nice gift package and got exactly jacksh!t, zip, zilch nada in return.

I guess its the thought that counts...right?

Hrmmm....let me think about that. That may be a gray situation because of the cost of shipping and the time it takes to get there.

Yea, USPS calculated shipping would probably be from 13 to 25 dollars depending on the weight of the package. Just send me your info and I will stick you in a International folder. Oh, and also I think Canada is okay to be in this, it doesn't cost that much to ship things there, just need to give it a good 2 weeks to get there.

Had a thought, maybe if we limit to something that can be sent via air mail, ie cash or the such, i think most people have access to a currency exchange. I think there are only 3 or 4 people in the UK who frequent these forums, i may be wrong though. Anyway ill EMail you my details
