so how doess SS work though? do you find out eventually who gave you the gifts? is it random gifts or do you specifically ask for certain items?
yes, there will eventually be a post that says who gifted to whom.

not necessarily random. when you sign up there is a form to fill out of stuff you like and stuff you don't. your SS may also check your post history to see what you are into and find stuff. sometimes people just get random things the gifter thought was cool.
This. The list will be posted probably within the week after Christmas. That way, those that don't make it on Christmas will still get a few days buffer to receive their gifts before it is spoiled.
Side Note: ALL GIFTS should be sent out by now. If you haven't sent yours out yet, you are lagging behind. Get them sent!
