Actually we should have more specific categories of "problems" threads, like we have the 1st world problem, the 1st world win, perhaps we should split up topics like technology vs every day life, etc. Maybe even make a separate forum just for these type of threads and there could be various stats that get built once a month based on how many problems people have. That would be a real game changer.

really? your company must be thoroughly behind the times. The current buzzword is "disruptor." Why are the fogies where you work still using nonsense terms that only old people use? If you ain't "disrupting," then you ain't relevant!

It would be refreshing to hear "gamechanger" again.

I literally yelled that at someone on my way home from the office yesterday. Yes I talk to idiots who clearly cannot hear me as I drive however should I ever have to give my dashcam footage to the authorities I am pretty sure they will be laughing their asses off at my commentary.

You ever see kids? When I was in school all my friends were people in my neighborhood. We'd be on the bus making plans for what to do when we got home, whose house we were going to and what sport/game we'd be playing when we got there. It was constant socialization. We talked at the bus stop, we talked on the bus, we talked walking home, non-stop. I have a school bus stop at the corner by my house and it's frightening how disconnected the kids are. 10 kids pile off and not a word is spoken. None of them say a single word to each other or even acknowledge their presence. Every single one of them is face down in their phone every single second. They don't say good bye, catch you later, lets do homework together, nothing, they might as well not have mouths or ears at all. All their communication is via text.
