So I'm convinced everyone has a drug of some kind. It seems that everyone has SOMETHING that keeps them stable enough to make it through life's daily struggles. I'm just curious if my theory is in fact reality or not.

I was debating making poll multi-choice, but I figured it would be harder to discern which held the majority over a 1-choice vote poll.

As of right now, my drug of choice is definitely caffeine. I heavily lean on it for both weight loss and energy to get through the day. I've cycled my caffeine for the sake of resetting tolerance, and those 2-weeks are mind-crushing.

Other times it has been alcohol, I had a couple months where I was drinking way too often to the point where I first had to ask myself if I was an alcoholic. But those drinks are soooo damn good Either way I've been able to give it up for the most part and stick to it in only special social occasions.
