So most people have responded with their answer, very few or none have said they don't have one.
So I have to ask: What does ATOT think of my theory that everyone has a drug addiction of some kind?
Just because people enjoy particular drugs doesn't suggest addiction.
So I'm convinced everyone has a drug of some kind. It seems that everyone has SOMETHING that keeps them stable enough to make it through life's daily struggles. I'm just curious if my theory is in fact reality or not.
Don't be shy ATOT. Admit your weakness....
"addiction" is something that I don't feel is often well-defined, so it's kind of up to your own determination. You don't have to chug down 4 2L bottles of shit vodka to be considered addicted to alcohol consumption. Simply leaning on it to relieve stress after-work a la "happy hour" could very well be called an addiction. It just depends what your definition is.
However, things like depending on caffeine every morning in order to function is most certainly a drug addiction. No matter how much people don't want to admit it.
Caffeine and nicotine. I haven't had a cigarette in almost 3 years...but I vape like a mad man...
Same, although if I had one beer or a shot it would be a matter of hours before I was shit faced. And then I'd be shit faced every day after that. Can't do it anymore.Former Alcoholic.

200 MG pharmaceutical grade caffeine pill. Maybe even a little coffee in the afternoon.
