If I end up on the clock soon can you give me a bit of extra time to decide? I am out of the country right now and could really use a handful of extra hours.

Midwest sent me a PM saying that he would like to take over Beantown's team. Once we have the ownership transferred I'd like to give him a chance to purchase a keeper.

Just waiting on KT who asked for a little extra time since he is out of the country.

I'll take Maclin for a buck.

Thanks Americans, but please don't compare Vancouver to Alaska. D:

Great. With that purchase Glenn is maxed out on sales.
Glenn will get $15 in draft cash and will only be able to keep 1 player.

I'm on the clock now.

There are some owners that expressed interest in purchasing another player. Did any of the teams that passed or picked a player that wish to make another purchase?

Revis & Butthead requested to purchase Rob Gronkowski (NE - TE) $27

That will cap the sales for Carlos Danger.

The only players left available for purchase are

Matthew Stafford (Det - QB) $28
Vincent Jackson (TB - WR) $30
DeAngelo Williams (Car - RB) $12

If anyone is interested in purchasing them it will be on a first come, first served basis.

Keepers are to be finalized tomorrow - August 23

When all the keepers are posted could someone go through the list and post last year's value along with the updated (80%) value?

Since we are transitioning this year to the $200 budget from last year's $250 I just want to make sure everyone valued their keepers correctly. Thanks!

So I completely misunderstood the keeper sale rules. I recommended sales net "actual draft value or $10, whichever is less" which was in keeping with the commissioner stated goal to "give an incentive to sell players that hold a keeper value less than $10 but are projected to be more for the upcoming season." Instead was adopted was $10 or keeper price whichever is less, which completely turns on its head the incentive to sell low-priced players. My fault since I didn't read the rules as written, but kinda sucks because I wouldn't have sold Crabtree (Yahoo projection $21) to get $4, I would have kept him myself and enjoyed the $17 spread between keeper price and projected price.

This is all new so I understand that some people may have been confused. The league rules were highlighted in the OP. I want to make things fair yet be flexible in this first year of selling.

glenn - (Crabtree example) your thought was that you were selling Crabtree for $4 and getting back the net ($10 max - $4 keeper) of $6?

So in the case for Maclin you sold for $1 and expected $9

If that is the way you thought then I wouldnt be opposed to doing it that way as long as everyone else agrees. It does seem to be more beneficial to the selling team if they are selling players less than $10

So if everyone agrees then glenn would be getting $25 in draft cash as opposed to $15.The only other sale was Gronk and he was a max ($10) player.

While that would help me it also disadvantages other owners who did not list any cheaper players. Maybe we can have a supplemental round under those rules? Would love to see some of the other teams put $1 guys on the block and some others might want to sell them if they were getting more than a buck for them.

I'd love to do a supplemental round but we need to finalize the keepers by tomorrow. This took a week to accomplish

Please have your keepers in by tomorrow. Only a handful of teams have posted their keepers. Payment is also due at this time.
