gogeeta13, it sounds like you remember the same article. A styrofoam container filled with mineral oil, cooled with blocks of dry ice. Just submerge the motherboard, processor, RAM, NIC and all in that cold, cold oil. The hardest problem they had was circulating the oil at that temperature. It got very slow moving, like syrup.
These other guys with their Liquid Nitrogen coolers are way out there, but I have to applaud their desire to push the limits.
