Just received my order invoice via snail mail today stating that my credit card had been charged $349.00 for the S200 from Dell. The total should have been $289.10 with the 10% off and $25 off coupons. Checked my credit card bill and they did indeed charge $349.00. It appears the the coupon discounts were dropped from the order when the order had to be reconfirmed.
Please check your own credit card bill to be sure you were charged the correct amount. If you were charged the wrong amount, call Dell's support at 1-800-624-9897, explain to them what happened, and they will give you a number to fax your original order email to. Once you have faxed it, you should be credited in 48-72 hours.
If this thread is not appropriate in the 'Hot Deals' catagory, please move it elsewhere...I only posted it here so it would get the most exposure for the people who may be $59.90 poorer...
