UAE is misleading because they have lots of indian guest workers who have families (usually arranged marriages I guess) back home while the native conservative muslim population sticks to itself.

There are more indians than citizens in the UAE. Then there's all other foreigners on top.

In Eastern Europe there are more women because men die of various stuff, including alcoholism, the living expectancy of men is much lower.
So unless you want to marry a 60 years old woman, I think you're out of luck there too, young men and women are probably more equal than the statistic says.
