The penis also doesn't contain muscle or bones. It is made up primarily of 2 inflatable sponge like organs that can contain a large amount of blood.
But a big penis does not mean automatically that someone has a big liver or a big heart or big kidney's or a big brain.
It just means that person has a big penis. Why, look at nature and see diversity. Why diversity ? That would make a to long post.
The lucky dudes have large enough girth and large enough in length for optimal stimulation of the woman without hurting her. But the primary factor here is that the woman in question also must be able to handle it. So even if you are well endowed, your love of your life might not be to happy about it.
(I am assuming women here, A large part of gay men seem to have some fixation with over sized penises)
Example :
A friend/colleague of mine from the past was well endowed, but his first wife would end up at the doctor a lot because of abdominal pain and bleeding. It of course did not work out for varies reasons. Later on he got remarried to another woman. She did not seem to mind the bleeding and she did not suffer pain.
There are men that can only have sex with their wifes or girlfriends for a short amount of time. An hour of love making including different positions is just impossible, because the woman gets hurt and wants to stop. When people are to large or to small, imagine an hour long cunilingus is the only option left. That would become boring fast i would think. Thus i can imagine some men just can not cope with it and start having affairs with women. And the same reason happens why some women cheat(poor bastards). Although i would think that these people do not really have any love left for each other. Since it is still a conscience choice when people while having a relation do the things they do.
