How's it stickin'?
Central Air FTW!!!
Cccccccold thereMan, it was in the mid 60s here in San Diego this morning and overcast all day. I doubt it ever got warmer than the low 70s. Some sun would have been nice actually.
88ºF @ 9:21pm, 41% humidity. How do you think it's "stickin'"?
lol I'm from Texas but in way upstate New York (Fort Drum) visiting my sister in law and niece and people are talking about the "killer heat wave". It's hilarious.
She does have central air so that is nice, however I've been outside like 4 hours a day. It's wonderful.
I've only got one air conditioner and it's in my living room... so I'm sleeping on a pile of pillows/blankets on my living room floor it's actually not that bad, considering I've got 10 blankets stacked on top of eachother all folded in half.
I've got my AC cranked to max and my living room sealed off and it's just barely keeping me comfortable, though I almost thought about crashing in one of the conference rooms in my office. lol.
it's fine for the normal run of the mill summer heat (mid 80's/low 90's) but yeah... 3 days of 100 degrees is stressing it out. I usually never have to turn it above fan speed 1 when I'm by myself.Sounds like you need a better A/C unit.
they said on the news today that the dry humidity here made it feel like it was 96 instead of 101 :\Hot and humid today here in ATL...but when is it not during the summer? Times like these I miss Texas...nice comfortable dry heat...loved it!
