lol I'm from Texas but in way upstate New York (Fort Drum) visiting my sister in law and niece and people are talking about the "killer heat wave". It's hilarious.

She does have central air so that is nice, however I've been outside like 4 hours a day. It's wonderful.

It is a heatwave for here, a big one. We rarely hit the 90's.

I've only got one air conditioner and it's in my living room... so I'm sleeping on a pile of pillows/blankets on my living room floor it's actually not that bad, considering I've got 10 blankets stacked on top of eachother all folded in half.

I've got my AC cranked to max and my living room sealed off and it's just barely keeping me comfortable, though I almost thought about crashing in one of the conference rooms in my office. lol.

it's fine for the normal run of the mill summer heat (mid 80's/low 90's) but yeah... 3 days of 100 degrees is stressing it out. I usually never have to turn it above fan speed 1 when I'm by myself.

not going to bother replacing it when I'm moving in a month, though.

Compared to last weekend it's been nearly cool feeling.

Was 75F at 10:30AM and got up to 85F by 1:30PM.

Not that bad really.

saw 102 on my dash comp but went down to 98 still at that temp it doesnt matter. Its days like this that make my server room/office and its super air conditioner the greatest asset to the company.

Too hot to hold the steering wheel when I first got into the car. Had to crank the AC and try to guide the car with quick fingertip jabs so that no skin would get seared off. Pretty damn near 100* with about 70* humidity which is about as bad as it ever gets here in New England and tomorrow might be just a hair worse. Then on Wednesday and Thursday we might get a break and it'll drop into the lower 90s.
