Her job was upholding the Constitution, which she did, and for which she was fired by Trump.And as shown with other public servants they are elected and appointed to do a job, her job was upholding the orders of the President....firing her was the right move.

There is much angst and frustration around this having supposedly violated constitutional rights of Green Card holders and those on a visa, yet it seems when talking about gun control which is a constitutional right "extreme vetting" with lengthy waiting periods and thorough background checks is perfectly acceptable to what I'd guess is many of the same folks out protesting and whining about this.....which makes it seem like its ok to forego some rights in the name of safety and not others even if it only "inconveniences those who play by the rules"
