I have an Asus X99-Deluxe with Realtek HD Audio. Haswell-E i7 and Nvidia GTX 970.
I am using PowerDVD Trial (I was trying to find a good Blu-ray player). It is only using 0.4% CPU.
The video plays smooth, however, audio goes in/out. YouTube, Netflix and other sources play fine. But, Blu-ray I get audio drops although I see no such stutter in the video.
I have the latest drivers on the Asus website for the motherboard. I do not have the latest BIOS but it only states that it fixes stability issues which I have had none.
Is there something I should configure to get better audio?
