never return something, just received the software. and my order status of my software was 0.00 and a coupon off of 149.97 something, it should be the -149.97+ CA tax. not sure yet. Let see what happen next. This is from the Visor deal... Please check your credit card. Maybe we don't have to return all those crap software.

Maybe, they can stop sending out the visor but can't fixed the computer or accounting software to take out that coupon. Anyway, I have no idea of what is happening. I just check my cc and that was the credit that i have from staples.

not, i place three order for the visor, one order was called by staples crs and that order (credit card) doesn't have the negative charge. But my order two order have negative charge....

A couple of months ago I orderd a $99.99 HD + $.59 pens with a $25off$100 coupon.

The next day I check my order status and it said the HD was out of stock.

The only charge that showed up on my CC was an ~$25 credit.

Pens arrived the next day.

Dang polotek! I go to the first page, and all the posts on the first page were made by you!

Anyways, I believe that those who ordered and got the Visor cancelled in the regular way vs. Staples's special handling might have the refund by the credit card... Those who actually got the Handspring or got cancelled specially probably won't get this type of refund except maybe for the software out-of-stock case...

What's interesting about this is, that Staples would be losing more money per deal if they don't get this fixed than if they just allowed the original Handspring transactions to go through...

Staples.com keeps on calling me to make sure that I'm cancelling my order. I keep telling them that I'll refuse the delivery. Dang, they really have a problem.
