I miss California, but due to how expensive are things there, I will stay in Austin for a while longer.
Austin is nice except for the few reasons others have already mentioned:
- summer heat... oh boy!
- God Damn F..king traffic - it will only get worst...
- More people moving here everyday - the old Austin I have heard so much about from my friends is all but a memory. Austin is no longer 'weird'.
- Crazy drivers everywhere - 10+ years ago drivers were so polite, these days road rages and people flipping fingers to each others is all too common.
- Austin ISD - Used to be better, but you are single so you are fine.
But if you like BBQ... sure!
But at the end.. don't move here please! We are already too crowded! =P
*I just moved next door to Round Rock a month ago, much better now.
