It really depends on the person. Their brains just function differently...some at higher levels, some not. It's hit or miss.

It's amazing what people can do in general.....those with perceived disabilities aren't always as disabled as you might think.

Gez....I never knew so many people were misinformed about autistism. To the people that say they think you have it, there is 98% chance you don't or you would be identified very early on. I have known an autistic kid all my life and no they are not automatically good at math. They usually do have some kind of weird talent, my friend is pretty good at spelling and he can resight sports facts like no one else.

The book "the curious incident of the dog in the night-time" tells a pretty good story about an autistic kid. it explains the world of autism very well imo
