My boss has a portable USB hard drive, what he would like to do is have a specific folder (i.e. My Documents) that, when he plugs his portable HD in to his PC, it takes the files in that folder on the PC, compares them to the files on the portable HD, and whichever file has been modified more recently is copied to the other location.
Does anyone know of any software that can do this, or should I just tell my boss to copy the whole folder to the portable HD every night and vice versa in the morning?
