Automatic porno popups! AIEE!

Ok, ok, I know what you are all thinking, and NO, I am not going to those porn websites and then having these popups pop up,
these are appearing automatically when I connect to the internet. I have DSL, and I think my computer is affected by a virus which I accidentally downloaded from kazzaa.(symptoms include a strange file called sys32 which is in C:/WINDOWS/TEMP filling up to 1.17 GB with trash..I delete it and in a couple of hours the whole thing is back) anyway, I think this might have something to do with it.

As a last desperate note, these funny .csf files also regenerate after deletion and they correspond to these popups...Somehow I think all of this is related...or maybe I'm just going paranoid

And no, I can't live with the problem because my mom uses this computer!

I had one of them once - something I got off of WinMX. It doesn't read as a virus or as adware, at least not by Norton AV and Ad-Aware.
Here's what this ah heck did to me:
Installed itself in the registry's startup folder, Start Menu startup folder, and in the system.ini file. I used Resman to show me what processes were running, and where they were located. I was able to terminate those processes, and delete the files. I also did a search in the registry then for any mention of the offending file. I also inspected the previously listed startup locations for any unusual references, and deleted them, and the files they referred to.
These things are pretty well written too; the "base file" was also able to decompress the files that actually cause the pop-ups. I was able to remove the thing from the computer - no reinstalls.
