Autorun custom CD's

Hi,
My first post here....beware I'm not very computer literate.

I send CD Roms to friends and family all over the world. They contain MP3's, family photographs, audio messages and general family type nonsense.

I'd like the CD's to autorun, showing some kind of splash screen, perhaps with a message or picture or whatever.

Can someone give me help with this and please remember.....I'm very much of a novice.
