A. Didn't destroy anything? Those forests were destroyed. The indegenous species HOME was destroyed. What do you mean didn't destroy anything? Are you really that stupid? As for what we wanted... THAT DOESN'T FUCKING MATTER. You don't always get what you want, dumbshit. IT ISN'T OURS TO TAKE. ITS NOT OUR PLANET. ITS NOT OUR HOME. ITS NOT OUR FOREST. ITS NOT OUR RESOURCES, NONE OF IT IS OURS. We were simply guests there, unwanted guests. We had absolutely NO RIGHT to take ANYTHING of theirs without permission. Period. End of story. You can try to justify this however the fuck you want, but it was their planet, not ours.
B. We weren't 'temporarily' living on another planet. We were ravaging another planet because we had already done so to ours. We were stealing their resources, destroying their home and cutting down their heritage/culture. What don't you understand about that? Did you even watch the fucking movie? Remember the tentacle things that came out of their hair and connected to EVERYTHING in that world? It's called their ancestors/culture/heritage. It is more than just a couple of sticks and stones to them... and the humans were destroying it. That's the entire point of the movie dumbfuck.
C. So if you walk into someones house in the middle of the night and they pull out a shotgun, you can shoot them? You just wanted his food. You weren't going to kill him.... but as far as he knews you were going to. It wasn't any of your business being there. He was just defending his home.
D. Just because they aren't using it doesn't mean it isn't theirs. Are you really that thickheaded man? There is a tree in my backyard I don't really use. It just sits there. Doesn't mean you can come fucking take it cause I don't use it. Again, you're a dumbass.
I think I see the problem here. You think you are more important than everyone else. You think the US Gov. can do no wrong and whatever they want to do, they have the right to do. A. This was not talking about destroying trees. Not at all and now you are calling me out for that. Go back to your first A and you will see we were talking about destroying the planet. You basically didn't respond to ANYTHING I said. You responded about destroying trees? When did I say anything about destroying trees? You DIDNT respond to collecting a mineral that will save 10,000,000,000 human lives THAT THE NATIVE PEOPLE WERE NOT USING. You also did not respond to the fact that about 95% of their land was unoccupied and they could have moved no problem (LIKE THEY WILL NOW).
About your capitalized portion: I don't give a fuck if it is "their" stuff or not. They (ALIENS) can move for a few months if that means we will save 10 THOUSAND MILLION human lives. Yes they can. They will get over it, if they will even notice in the first place. I would happily move from my house to another one for a few years to save ONE life.
To prove this point: THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE TO MOVE ANYWAY. Their tree got destroyed, so they are obviously going to live somewhere else now. Why was that so difficult?
B. You make a lot of sense. Humans LOVE destroying planets. We just go there and DESTROY THEM YEA because we find it fun. We destroyed ours and that got us so excited that we just wanted to go and destroy others. RAAAAAWR!!!! DESTROY PLANETS!!
No. We did not go to "ravage" their planet because we had ravaged ours. We went to their planet to mine small portions to keep our planet alive.
Did you watch the movie? They showed the 3D map of the mineral deposits. The mineral was not everywhere. We had ZERO use for the other areas. Hell, we only wanted one area that contained a lot. We surely would leave that planet after ours was satisfied.
C. Who walked into whos home? If I walk into someone's neighborhood and am walking on the sidewalk, I would be mad if they shot me. And yes, I would shoot back if I could.
If someone had a cure to cancer sitting in their basement that they were not using, they did not even know they had it and had no use for it, then YES I would ask them for it. I would ask them to let me into their house to get it. And if I told them repeatedly for over 3 months that I was coming into the house to get it and they shot at me, I would shoot back yes. I am not a greedy motherfucker. If you look at that cancer-cure thread with that poll asking what people would do if they found a cure, you will find that much of this forum would agree with me, too.
D. If you have a tree in your backyard that you have never looked at once or benefited from once in your life and that will save 10,000,000,000 human lives I will go take it. Sorry, bro. You are completely unreasonable to think that is wrong. You can plant a new fucking tree.
ALSO, you are a human. If a dog has the cure to cancer in its dog-house, you better believe I will go into that dog house to get it (and ask him nicely, etc, but that isn't even necessary).
You are completely wrong with your last statement. I already said the government can be wrong and I gave the proper procedure to deal with that. I guess that makes everything else you say wrong considering you put it in an A=B B=C C=D format, but I do not equal B so therefore not necessarily D either.
Humans are better than other animals, too.
