The fact that payments were made to further the Trump campaign has been established in federal court, thus validating the claims of Stormy Daniels & likely the other woman as well.

The only report of a "bruised face" came from TMZ who reported it was his second ex-wife. She came out publicly and denied it was her and she wasn't even with him on the date in question.

If Will does not have an actual victim and some decent evidence I suspect he will come to deeply, deeply regret this. Avenatti does not seem like the kind of person to let this go.

If there is no victim who ever made the charge should be jailed. Five years should be the minimum sentence. The ability to have someone arrested and jailed on a whim is an extremely dangerous tool to hand out. The repercussions for misuse have to be swift and every bit as damaging.
