Average IQ for each Country

Intelligence and education are two separate things, but sometimes people uses both to describe a "smart" person.

Intelligence = raw smartness, i.e. solving rubiks cube, puzzles, raw logical and analytical ability. IQ test measures this.

Educated = taught knowledge, having lots of knowledge does not necessarily mean you have a high IQ. But it does provide you a good basis for you to make your logical decision on.

The highest IQ person in the world is some bartender in Norway.

What type of "smartness" is development of morals? Do you believe an IQ test test this?

How about this, IQ along with every other physical attribute has IMPROVED with better health, diet, and environment.

Maybe, just maybe these sub-saharan africans are so low on the IQ poll because they live like shit. Do you believe that any pregnant women have a proper diet. Do you believe that without a proper diet that a child can thrive. Then the child is born and pretty much never gets quality nutrition. It takes generations to increase IQ so defining one generation living in a prosperous nation as proof is just retarded. All the higher IQ countries have GREAT lifestyles. Also the reason that as a whole, humans are growing taller. All tied to improved diet/nutrition.

How about instead of looking for color to be the cause, investigate it.

You see that, you got too emotional talking about an issue which should be approached logically.

You instantly discounted a possibility due to political correctness and emotion before you even analyzed or considered it. That is not a trait of a logical mind.

A good percentage of people in Asia are malnourished, yet they don't score poorly on IQ tests. They often score higher than those living in countries where people are taller and better fed.

Also notice that countries that are populated mainly by Africans but are nowhere near Africa (such as Jamaica and Barbados) score very closely to African countries. In the case of Barbados, they have a relatively high standard of living, yet still a relatively low average IQ.
