High Metabolism does that. I'm worse than that, but doc says I'm healthy (I do make it a point to eat right), just very underweight and that my metabolism might slow down when I get into the 30's.

I would believe it. You can go anywhere and see over weight people. A trip to the water park shows this plainly. My wife is almost 32... and we've had two kids. Shes 5'8", and 114lbs. And I am very lucky, thats for sure.

Most people who post their weight and are skinny... are young. The sad fact is, people gain weight as they get older, generally. Especially if you dont do anything about it. And the women havent had kids. Its very rare to find women who have had kids, in their thirties, and are still the same size as in high school.

This always cracks me up. People think that a size 0 means you look like a starving Ethiopian. Absolutely not the case. As I state earlier, my ex is 5'2", about 95lbs and she is a size 0... her ribs don't stick out at all and she actually has an ass (that she complains about, no less, but she's from Japan...). Granted, I'd much rather have an athletic girl with another 20lbs of solid meat on her... but I'd take an average looking size 0 (who's healthy) over a very pretty size 14 any day.

Yeah, well i dont have time for the gym (masters thesis), I eat 4000 cal/day as well, but its gets too expensive if i increase to 5000 cal/day. I'm not worried about it, as long as I am healthy, dont have heart problems, I don't give a sh1t about my weight.

The weightlifting routine does help though. I went from 100-120 freshman year, just dont have enough time to bring it to 150 yet. I know it can be done though, it just takes a lot of effort and time.

It is nice being able to eat as much as I desire without worrying about obesity though (eating is one of my hobbies )
