I have Samsung 40" 1080P TV as monitor and G15/ G5 with Danon receiver/ $5000 speaker setup.

Shall I need to replace any parts?

I wouldn't buy that case unless you see it in person and pick it up.
I bought one for $90 after rebate... I wouldn't buy it again.

Depends on budget, 4870x2 is best performer for 1-card setup, followed by GTX280, then GTX260. The 260SLI is uneeded hassle, So it really depends on howmuch power you want to pay for. The 4870x2 will run any game you play on a 1080p monitor , and so will the GTX280, but a single GTX260 probably won't cut it for the latest and greatest on max settings with lots of AA. (It would run most anything fine though, i'm talking very newest games)

So, really, not what should you get, but how much will you spend?

I dunno, man. From what I was reading on TomsHardware (if I'm remembering right), the 260 scaled really well when it was put into SLI.
