Pretty much every show my wife really likes gets canceled.
First two that come to mind are Traveler and The Unit. There was also one where some guy kept bouncing back to the past (no, not quantum leap) which was also canceled recently but can't remember the name.
ok i'm sure no one will agree with me about this show which i really loved and which only lasted one season:

So much win, but CBS was so much fail. "Hey fellow execs, let's not advertise much, move the show to 10pm on Sunday, then in a season or two we can shit can it". They had to make room for another crime show or something.
The Unit started out with good ratings and viewers but it went down with each season (though this seems to be common for many shows). But even still, I read it was a fairly cheap show to produce, and at 10pm on Sunday it did get decent ratings.
Well, at least we got four awesome seasons. I started watching them again. I'm towards the end of season two.
Going old school (most of these I first saw through reruns/syndication, but I wish there were more seasons to enjoy):
"Gilligan's Island" (1964)
"The Wild Wild West" (1965)
"Star Trek" (1966)
"Space: 1999" (1975)
"When Things Were Rotten" (1975)
Now get off my lawn, you whipper-snappers!!!
