On top of that, I think this guy is grossly misinterpreting Samsung's letter. They're simply offering a resolution (replace the phone) and saying that acceptance of the resolution means you can't decide to sue for more money in the future
for the same incident. They aren't telling him that the replacement phone isn't covered for any future issues.
My half brother also does the "sim
ular" thing. He even spells it that way. Very irritating!
