I have never seen a 12gb stick of memory. Price seems right. Pic seems to show MT memory chips. Do boards support this?
OK, It's 3x4gb and ECC.

Thought I would look into it since I have a Best Buy gift certificate. Standard shipping is $15 per memory stick which brings it closer to $50 each. Also through the Best Buy marketplace, not through Best Buy itself

Btw, Tigerdirect lists that model number at $150 ea and show them as DDR3 ECC registered dimms. Looks kind of fishy. I also see some 3 X 4GB kits for the same price under Axiom.

As far as I can tell it's a set of three 4GB sticks, and as Uhtrinity pointed out it seems to be ECC registered dimms
