B&H Photo is the only place I buy photography gear. They are the best.

I've bought thousands of dollars worth of photography gear from them over the past 6 years.

I wouldn't even hesitate to recommend them.

I'll be one of the few to say I'll never order from them again. I tried to order a telescope as a gift to someone. Did it over the phone so I could make 100% sure it was in stock (their site says it was) and it would ship and arrive by the time I needed it. Just by chance I called back either one or two days later and talked with another guy who said it showed they had some in stock but he didn't think they were. And they didn't know when they would get more in. He wasn't even trying to help me at all. He didn't seem interested at all to track down what was going on. This was a ~$1800 sale they lost.
I had to call another company in NY and pay extra for the express shipping to make up for the wasted time with these geniuses.

I've heard it's a reputable store, but my sis-in-law ordered a tripod from them for my b-day and had nothing but problems. They double charged her card, she paid for 2 day shipping and it didn't even ship out until 3 days after the order and they took forever to respond to her.

Nothing but good from me. Have ordered two sigma lenses from them, will most likely do so again.

I've ordered from them all the time. Have never had a problem. In fact just ordered a Telephot lens and Flask Bracket last week.

They are highly recommend at the Photography forums I frequent.

I ordered an import item from them. Described on their website as new only without US warranty. Warranty for 1 year through B&H instead. Received the item and it was smudged and scratched. Definitely a demo or used. I complained, and they swore it was new, fresh, and box had never been opened since received from their supplier. Good prices but I won't buy there again. I just don't trust what I'd be getting from them.
