One of my cats dissapeared a couple months ago. My neighbor across the street said that her husband watched the neighbor lady next door beat my cat to death with a baseball bat. Im pissed.... A) because my neighbor next door did this B) my neighbor across the street didnt tell me, they said that they did not want to cause any problems. What crap!! I guess she beat my cat to death because it walked on her car......nice.:| What should I do? Call the cops? Write B!TCH on her car hood with my keys? Or, take my Lousville Slugger to her head?

Woo first of all you need to calm down a little.... dont wanna do something stupid that would get YOU into trouble....

Now from what I understand it's only your neighbor across the street that saw the incident... no one else did... so I suggest you confirm the story before you do something radical...

If the story turned out to be true... I say do ALL OF THE ABOVE! (although I doubt calling the cops would help much)...

Then you know what to do. Slash her tires, break some windows, throw burning crap at her house, do anything you can possibly think of.

I'm never having children (my opinion as of right now, a college student) so my animals are basically my children. If someone hurt my dog voluntarily I would murder them.

Find some roadkill, remove the head, and put it in her mailbox (after the mail has been delivered that day of course). Maybe even safety pin a "ransom" type note to the roadkill's head saying you know what she did. Of course, tampering with mail is a federal crime. So this response is sarcastic and I don't encurage you to really do it.

Perhaps the cops could talk to the across-the-street neighbors and get some results. This is already a problem in the neighborhood.

This sounds horrible, I would be pissed too.

Don't do anything to your neighbor's pets or property. That makes you no better than she is, assuming she even did anything.

Tape record another conversation with your neighbors and give it to the cops. It won't be admissible in court, but I don't see why the cops can?t use it as an investigative tool to get some cooperation from the witness.

I would say the COP idea is a good start. Have another conversation with your neighbor so you don't look like a moron when the police come a knockin'. If your neighbor won't cooperate then it is time to think "outside of the box".
Second choice would be to let these people know.
