If it were a one time offense, I would try and resolve it with the owner of the animal.
I'm just saying if after warning, the owner still allows the animal to roam free and destroy my property then it will be taken care of. It would be the owners fault for not restraining him after the initial warning. I'm an animal lover for the most part and was brought up having pet dogs, cats, fish, you name it..I never let any of them roam free. The cats got out occasionally, but normally when they did I knew were to find them, in the road.

I would only kill a wild animal on the first offense, as they have no owner to think of or to restrain them from doing it again.
