I got a tracking number yesterday, Placed my order late Thursday. Not bad.

I'm planning to use this for a S775 Celly, 1x HDD, 1x optical, and onboard video - that will be more than enough.

18 amps on 12v is the only part you should be concerned about. the 3.3 v and 5v amps are almost worthless now.


too bad this is atx 1.3


the atx 2.0 standard specs 22 amps on +12v even on a 250 watt PSU. still this could be ok for a lot of boxes, and $19 isnt too horrible.

thats probbably not true.


its probably around 140 watts max load, whic is about 12 amps.

this PSU shoudl be able to run that system if the e5200 is @ say 3.0 ghz or so.

Forgot to mention...

The fan control knob turned out to be very useful for a uATX case with no exhaust fan. It takes out the heat from a very hot overclocked chip (old 130nm Athlon64 Clawhammer). Set it right, and it will purr along, very quiet, ramping up as needed, able to remove lots of hot air. Could use another one. Heat in another poorly ventilated case is limiting overclocking.

Yea, those Corsair, PC P&C and Seasonic brands are crap I tell ya !! Single rail is dead !!
