Back on again: Ultra 400W X-Connect for 9.99 after 35.00 MIR from Fry's.com

Searched and didn't find.
Fry's Bayarea and maybe other Fry's B&M in other areas as well, has a 400W Ultra X-Connect (modular cables) for 44.99 with a 35.00 MIR. It's not FAR but these rebates are from White Bear lake and they come fairly quickly. I did 6 of these Ultra rebates in the last 3-4 months and all 6 rebates came within 2 months after mailing.

It's not an X-Connect, but an XVS, which is a new, different model (but still modular).

That was my thought too, the last ultra psu went to free shipping pretty quickly. But they might post NO FREE SHIPPING like they did on the antec case.

You should be fine with this. Again it may depend on what kind of card you have.
I have this power supply in a computer with 1 SATA hard drive, 1 DVD-RW a 3700+ CPU and a 7600GT video card and it runs fine.
