Backdoor.Autoupder virus, help please?

It says it's in my files mnsvc.exe, ausvc.exe, bvt.exe, and absr.exe. I have no idea what these files are. So, I'm afraid to delete them. I did quarantine, but it can't repair them. Norton says it's the backdoor.Autoupder virus.

Any help would be soooo appreciated. My first virus, and it's getting on my nerves.

Thanks for sending me in the right direction. I;m gonna try fixing this and hope I don't mess up the registry or anything else important.

If you are worried about screwing the registry then use the automatic tool from Trend Micro.

I have one more question.....Since the infected files are quarantined, and my virus scan shows no other infected files, can I just delete the quarantined ones or do I still have to go in and remove all the other stuff from the registry? As you can tell, I don't know much about it and am hesitant to mess with the registry. My first virus in 4 years, so I haven't done this before. Thanks again.
