Bad-ass moments in movies

I'm surprised no Chuck Norris moments have been posted. Isn't he the epitomy of bad ass thse days? I personally can't think of any though either.

I really like the scene in Jurassic Park where the T-Rex comes into the museum and fights the raptors. At the end of the fight the T-Rex has won and is standing on the podium where the skeleton of a T-Rex had been on display. The T-Rex then lets out a loud roar as the banner which reads "When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth" falls from the ceiling in front of the T-Rex. Love it.

Mulholland Falls when Nick Nolte beats that FBI agent and drags him out of the parking garage.

Not the best movie but that scene was badass.

I also favor all of T2, the spiderman2 train scene, and the Matrix lobby scene, and the first time Neo stops and fights Agent Smith. The unforgiven quote is "He should have armed himself if he was going to decorate his saloon with my friend." Seeing yoda kick but with a lightsaber was awesome.

One that hasn't yet been mentioned is in the Fellowship of the Ring, when Aragorn tells Frodo to run and then goes alone to fight dozens of orcs. Also: the fight with the cave troll, and the Balrog scenes.

Kahn was baddass with his "From hell's heart I stab at thee" when he activates the self destruct.

The helicopter attack in "Apocalypse Now"... even scarier the way it is evoked in "Jarhead", with morons watching it and getting excited and war-like, while the director wanted to suggest the opposite...

That whole sequence is just awesome.

after the alien invasion is over , and they come back upstairs. And Mel Gibson goes into the closet to get the tv to show his son , who is recovering from a bad asthma attack , how people are rejoicing that we had defeated the invaders...

then his brother comes into the room with the syringe of medicine for him...and drops it.
Then the flashbacks of when his wife died , and she tells Meryl to "swing away"....And at that moment when it all makes sense to him...and he looks at his brother , and tells him to remind Meryl to "swing away"....the shot where his brother turn his head to look at his prize bat with the longest homerun record under it.. and you see him take the bat in his hands....when you see his fists tighten on that bat it gave me chills. And does just thinking about it again.

Anyone else think about that?

I'm almost 100% sure noone else thought of that.

One of the last scenes in Schindlers List, when he is just about to get in his car and leave and he go's over all the stuff he could have sold to do more, to save more people. Pretty emotional.

Only part in a movie that I've cried...including movies all the way back to my childhood. One episode of CSI made me tear up though and a book when I was 12ish called "The Man Who Loved Clowns"

the movie was good, not great, but good

the now you's can't leave scene is pretty sweet though.

Jesus I've seen the movie 3 times and the moment they(passengers) begin to attack I get chills/tears in my eyes. Then if it's possible the last ~10 seconds with the music and the way it ends makes me shiver/shake/get tears in my eyes even more...

The Crow (one with Brandon Lee): Just about anytime he kills someone, but the ones that stand out are obviously the gang meeting he crashes. Not to mention when he blows Fun-boy up, lights a match (ok lighter), and makes a huge crow with fire. Why have I not bought the DVD yet.

Blade: Crashes through the lobby, and sees the last guy alive, then proceeds to cap him.

Magnolia: Tom Cruise (he was awesome in this) making his "Men are *hit" speech; so good I have it memorized. Also, the "What I want you to do Janet, is your **cking job!".

Kill Bill: When Uma kills Chuck. That and she slices the arm off of Sophie(?) before taking on a lot of fodder.

Heat: Meeting between Pacino and Deniro. When Deniro goes and caps both Waingro and the rich guy. Almost forgot, Pacino taking down Sizemore after the robbery. Ugh, don't forget the guy breaching the door to take down the snitch after the Bank.
