I sense the full story isn't being told here.

I swore what i had posted was the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. If you don't believe me, you can look at my posting history or go to toms' hardware and see for yourself. Like i said, i had very bad foruming experiences recently

A username like yours in a hardware forum is the equivalent of a man wearing a Pittsburgh Steeler jersey walking into a bar in Baltimore. He has to expect a little flak and/or he may get kicked out of the bar or worse.

IMHO fanboyism is completely stupid. #1 the company who's product you love doesn't give a damn about you. #2 Eventually you will switch brands and/or the company will go broke or it will be gobbled up by another company.

But hey a Steelers fan thinks there are only Bungles, Brownies and Ratbirds in this world.

Then so be it. Sometimes, i just have to man it up and stand my ground :/

That's not how you man up.

Being able to admit your wrong, when you are, is how you man up. You seem incapable of that. Standing your ground when you're right, and can typically demonstrate it is fine.

Being obsessed with a brand means one thing for sure. Over time, you WILL be wrong. In this specific case, AMD is simply not the best in many categories and to passionately say they are makes you intentionally ignorant. That's likely what led to you being banned at other forums.

I don't really care about your user name, but I have an evil and childish sense of humor, so I would ban you just so that when people read your screed they can look up and see "banned" under your user name. I mean, that would be funny, right?

Oh, and the same guys who own Tom's Hardware own this place, so next time you flee a battle check the map first.
Gosh, arent you sadistic and evil. I did not have issues with Tom's hardware Admin, just one of the mod. He hates and banned me cuz of my opinion :'(

The "whole" truth???

On another note, you should search for "ownage of the year" threads in OT. I'm not sure if I've seen one started yet this year, but you can view the ones from previous years.

I said I wasn't going to dip my toe in this, but here goes nothing.

There is no way for standard users to search up your history on Tom's Hardware. You conveniently deleted your account after your temporary ban was extended to a permanent ban.

Your permanent ban was issued when, immediately after your temporary ban ended, your proceeded to publicly call one of the Tom's moderators a, and I quote: "Gaddafi-Hussein-Napoleon-Emperor-Hitler moderator". When confronted about this, and warned that you could be permanently banned for continuing such behavior, you responded with a "is that against the rule? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)". After the permanent ban was issued, you attempted to create a handful of duplicate accounts, resulting in the IP ban. All of this is consistent with the Tom's ToU and Forum Rules of Conduct.

So no, you were not banned for "fanboying". You got a slap on the wrist for that. You were banned for trolling a moderator and your inability to cooperate. I normally overturn permanent bans in these scenarios and I wouldn't get involved publicly in something like this, however, if you're going to run around to other forums (forums overseen by the same company) slandering my moderators, then I will shut down your baseless claims without hesitation.

Lol, alright now, cat's out of the box. I did leave out a few details that were inconvenient. I deleted that old account because i was preparing to move on. I created another account with the same name just to see if the nature of the ban was ip, cookie, or simply account. I posted 15 comments before the mods caught me

Now you should note, the first 3 day banned was truly for "fanboying" I believe you saw that already. It was a ban which i did not approve of. I waited for it to expired and was prepare to tune down "fanyboyism". I still felt compelled to mention the ban in a thread however, called OCLgeek Nazi, Napoleon, Emperor or something to that effect for censoring speech.

I was half joking when i posted that but i guess he didnt take it so well. I guess even mods have a small ego to protect.... Dont really blame him. I have seen worse cases. I stumbled upon a blog which the blogger mentioned how a tom hardware mod permanent ban him for down voting his comments. This is what i called extremely unprofessional lmao.
