Bad hair cut ruined my day

I've been busy all day long helping my parents with their spring cleaning. I have plans for brunch with some random girl tomorrow morning and I really needed a hair cut. It was about 6pm when I got back to my home so I took a quick shower so I wouldn't stink up the place.

Since my usual place closes at 5 on Saturday, I called around to see who was still open. Almost everyone closed at 6 except for the Hair Cuttery - still open till 7.

There was only one girl there when I arrived around 6:30. My hair cut it simple. Use a #4 guard on the back and sides and scissor trim the top. How the fuck can you mess that up? This was the absolutely worst hair cut I've ever had, and I'm pissed.

I would have asked her to try to fix it up some more but she already did such a bad job that it was already shorter than I wanted. No fucking tip for that fat bitch.

Brunch is at 10:30 and no one seems to open until 11am. So now I either have to bust out my hair clippers and use a #3 or #4 all over my head or meet this girl with the most fucked up, uneven and horribly blended hair cut.

This about sums it up for me every time I go to a great clips or supercuts, etc. When you're particular, planning ahead is key. Otherwise you get stuck with the novices, and it blows.

This is why I pay the extra $5 and go to a nice hair place. I hate bad haircuts very much. $15 haircut and a $5 tip gets me a nice haircut with excellent treatment.

For years I went to same barber lady, getting same simple cut.
Price is $7, and I never leave tip.

Couple times she fucked up and made it way too short, but I kept coming back and she learned

I get a #4 on top, #2 on the sides. I tried going to a barber once to get that done, and somehow the lady managed to screw it up.

I do it myself now in half the time and much better quality.

I just get my roommates to cut my hair, and I punch them if they mess up. All of us have gotten pretty good at hair cutting. I haven't been to the barber in a year.
