I ask two times about update at Corsair Customer Portal but did not get reply.
That's why I was worried.
For the record, I currently use a Seasonic PSU in my rig, and when I emailed Seasonic with a question I never got a response back. Corsair and PC Power & Cooling support were both better at communication. Corsair upgraded me to a TX650 a few years ago after the failure of a VX450, and PC Power & Cooling sent me an entire set of modular cables free of charge when I called to ask for a single replacement cable.
I wouldn't be so quick to pin the problem on Corsair support in general. I think the problem is that the OP is located in India where customer service standards may be different than what we are used to here.

Revolution, what is the compensation that you will be receiving?
So why have you not changed the title of this thread.....it took Corsair in the USA to make you happy......perhaps you should change your thread title to "Bad RMA Service from Corsair in India of VX450W PSU ."A RM450 PSU.
But,that may be without any warranty cos it will not from local Corsair.
Though I'm not sure.
Still I'm very happy cos at least Corsair US( specially Mr Corsair Joseph) helping me to get that compensation.
Unlike Kaizen and Corsair India did not care about anything...
it took Corsair in the USA to make you happy

Worth noting that I RMAed a cpu cooler to Corsair and received a brand new, sealed in box replacement. The OP did as well. Every other company gives out refurb replacements. I think this fact alone means I'm going to buy Corsair for as much as I can going forward.
