I have some problem with my system. Its a Supermicro PIIIDME (i840) with a PIII 1GHz (not oc'd), GeForce 256DDR, 512MB RAM and a Promise Ultra100 with a IBM 75GXP connected to it. To the second channel on the Promise card I also have a WD ATA66 drive...
Im running Win2k on this...
When I ran SiSoft Sandra the IBM disk (ATA100) didnt get higher score then an ATA66 disk. The WD disk did not get higher then about the peformance of a ATA33 disk.
Also, with the 10.80 drivers I ONLY got 1030 points in 3DMark2001!!!
Whats wrong with my system? I used to get around 5200 points in 3DMark2000...without the Promise card though, but that shouldnt destroy the performance, it should make it higher!(?) The Promise doesnt have any conflicts, it has its own IRQ and all!
