I wouldn't eat it every day.... but once every couple days wouldn't be bad, just don't tire of it. I'd shoot myself if I got tired of steak.

There are lean and fatty cuts of beef. The more saturated fat, the worse it is for you. The lean cuts are fairly healthy. Try adding some chicken and pork into your diet.
